The rule is that kindness is met with kindness.
That attention begets attention.
These words mean nothing
If you haven't the courage to open your mind.
I've spent a lot of time alone.
Enough time to know that I crave,
I hunger for your caring and gentleness
Even if I receive just one good word.
I don't understand why you haven't patience for me.
Your sour words have come only to bring me down,
And I'm lying here waiting for one kind phrase.
You're too drawn into yourself to let out "peace."
