Stephen Sandoval has sold hundreds of original works and is held in private collections worldwide.

Largely self-taught, Sandoval attended art school for a time at the State University of New York at Oswego and moved to New York City in 1994.

Sandoval has exhibited in various spaces in Manhattan which include solo exhibits at the 850 Third Avenue lobby gallery in Midtown Manhattan in March of 2002, Dance Space in Manhattan’s SOHO in 2001, and Nation Restaurant located in Midtown Manhattan in 1999.  Sandoval maintains a professional association (2001 to present) with one of New York City's premiere art associations, Queens Council on the Arts, which maintains ties with world-class organizations such as Queens Museum of Art, PS1, and MoMA.
